Refund Policy
REVERSE PICK-UP

Return – Reverse pick-up is available in all major cities and customer can avail the service after paying charges Rs.250-00 upto qty of 2 pairs and additional Rs.100-00 for each additional pair or as applicable at the time of reverse pickup. (Company has the right to make any changes in changes time to time)

Exchange – The replacement product is sent for free for customer who booked prepaid order more than Rs.4000-00 category and it is applicable for only 1 time exchange for 2nd Exchange all normal charges will be applicable for reverse pickup and reshipping as given below.

NO RETURN, NO REFUND on Clearance Sale Category
  • If customer is facing any issue with the size then customer has to courier the product at our warehouse along with copy of Invoice/Bill sent with the supply and only shipping charges will be charged for exchange of product and if we arrange reverse pickup then we would charge Rs.250 till 2 pairs and additional Rs.100 for each pair plus reshipping charges.
  • Reshipping charges – Rs. 100 per product.
REFUND
  • Prepaid – We will refund the amount after deducting charged shipping charges and reverse pickup charges as applicable. The amount will be refunded into the same account from which the payment received at the time of order.
  • Cash on Delivery – For Non-Clearance Sales: The refund is processed in the form of a credit note equivalent to the order amount minus the shipping charges and reverse pickup charges for the orders as applicable.
  • Cash on Delivery -For Clearance Sales: NO Refund in any case except supply of products was not done as per the size and styles mentioned in the order. Customer can only exchange the product if there is size issue with the same or other products after paying price difference if any. The exchange in the same style is subject to availability of stock.
  • For customers requesting refund in their bank account instead of credit note – the customer has to enter their bank details in which they want the amount credited.
Please note that COD and Prepaid refunds are processed after 15 days (this means after receiving the products in our warehouse).
In case of Return or Exchange, please raise the return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Please ensure that the product sent back for return or exchange shouldn’t be dirty or damaged and to be eligible for a full refund or an exchange and Company has right to deny refund or exchange if product received is/are not as per quality of the product at the time of selling.
